With the Blacklist Monitor tool execution of selected functions, methods, forms, transactions or usage of programs may be prohibited dynamically without modifying ABAP coding. The collection of these prohibited artifacts is called blacklist. It may consist of deprecated artifacts that are designated for later deletion. Two main usages of the Blacklist Monitor can be distinguished: deprecation of SAP coding and deprecation of customer coding, so when the user tries to start a blacklisted transaction and has SAP kernel release >= 771, an error message referencing this note may be displayed instead of the runtime error SYSTEM_ABAP_ACCESS_DENIED.
SAP Note 2476734 – Runtime error SYSTEM_ABAP_ACCESS_DENIED
SAP 2249880 – Dump SYSTEM_ABAP_ACCESS_DENIED caused through Blacklist Monitor in SAP S/4HANA on premise
