STMS: a component check during the import process

Use table EXCOMP to ignore them in the component check (see SAP note 1742547 and 1756116 for details). Not only exceptions for individual components are supported; generic patterns such as ‘SAP*’ or ‘*BASIS’ are also supported. After you have saved these changes, the maintained components are omitted during the check.
