It depends on which users you want to assign SAP_INTERNAL_HANA_SUPPORT role.
- if the users are from SYSTEMDB, increase nameserver.ini [authorization] internal_support_user_limit.
- if the users are from tenant DB, increase indexserver.ini [authorization] internal_support_user_limit.
