1. use transaction RSZDELETE
2. Optional step: run program COMPONENT_REORG
3. Optional step: go to query designer open the query and say delete.
To delete workbook : use tcode SE37 > RRMX_WORKBOOKS_DELETE, but to use this you will need to technical names of the workbooks.
